Wellington Retreat Day The Pier

Join Helen Williams and Tash Domonkos at The Pier, for a day of yoga, meditation, nutritious food, relaxation and great company with like minded souls.

Enjoy an invigorating morning flow practice, a wholesome vegetarian
lunch, some time to rest and relax (more details coming soon!), winding up the
day with a relaxing yin yoga practice and yoga nidra. All levels of experience are welcome!

Excludes: yoga mat and any other equipment you may like to bring (cushion, blanket, block etc)

Prices are NZD per person. Cancellations can be refunded minus a $25 admin fee up until 07.05.17.

Your Retreat Schedule

We have thoughtfully designed the Create Space By The Sea Retreat to ensure that you not only get the most out of your luxury day retreat experience, but also have the option to create more space for yourself and have time to relax and reset.

9.30am onwards
Retreat participants are invited to arrive from 9.30am onwards, for a 10.00am start. So come along and set your mat up, settle into the space and surrender to a day of yoga, meditation, nutritious food and great company!

10.00am – 12.00pm
Your day will begin with a morning yoga flow & meditation session with Helen. All levels of yoga experience are welcome in this thoughtful and intentional sequence, designed to uplift and invigorate the body and mind.

12.00pm – 1.30pm
Vegetarian lunch and refreshments served with delicious raw desserts to finish. Free time to relax and enjoy the stunning views or indulge with one of our surprise sessions…details coming soon!

2.00pm – 4.00pm
The afternoon session begins with a Yin Yoga & Mindfulness practice, and ends with a Yoga Nidra to send you into a deep state of relaxation. There will be plenty of time to make a slow exit after an afternoon of restful bliss!
