This retreat weekend is about getting away from it all, immersing yourself and going deeper. If your spirit is calling for time out and connection with like minded souls…and luxurious accommodation (!) then join us for what promises to be an incredible weekend. All levels of yoga experience welcome.

Our intention for this weekend is to give you tools that you can take away with you so that you feel the effects of the retreat long after the weekend is over! We’ll be touching on balancing the nervous system and exploring the art of resilience and the brilliance of mindfulness in everyday life. While you are ‘re-treating’ yourself and nourishing the body, mind and spirit you will also be storing the wisdom of the weekend away to take home with you!

In usual Yatra tradition our aim is to leave you feeling good, but be prepared to go deeper this weekend, body, mind and spirit! Expect some yoga (flow, yin and restoration), mediation (seated and moving meditation) and mindfulness along with practical tools and exercises that are designed to get you experiencing and also storing away to take with you so that you feel the effects of the weekend long after you arrive home!
